- Lead product development and engineering work for Asian and global markets through a Stage Gate process. Finalize product concepts, prepare technical specification sheets, product test plans, cost analysis, conduct product-tests, lead their certification processes and update internal test standards. You will facilitate meetings, prepare documents, plan engineering related tasks, and achieve milestones. Review and prepare drawings of 2D, 3D drawings.
- Test our new products and competitor products to report competitive analysis. Conduct cost benchmarking studies to reduce our product cost.
- Provide timely support to the commercial team about product information inquiries and quality complaints
- Lead new product development collaboration projects with suppliers. You will work with our procurement team and manufacturing facilities.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering; Minimum six years' experience of product development.
- Fluent in English
- Understanding of the Stage Gate process; 2D, 3D drawings capabilities, FMEA, root cause analysis
- Positive mindsets to seek change and embrace the challenges without fear of failure even in the ambiguous situation
- Communication and relationship building - ability to work globally
Preferred:
- Professional experience in the fittings space or similar industries will be greatly preferred.
- Chinese communication skills
- Passion to lead global business by working with people from different backgrounds and to support the team with the ownership mindset to solve problems by yourself
- Willingness to use new digital tools as well as strong skills of traditional tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
