Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive soft skill training programs aligned with our company's strategic objectives and audience needs within Vietnam.
• Leverage a variety of training methodologies, including classroom instruction, workshops, simulations, and online learning, to effectively convey soft skill concepts.
• Assess and evaluate participant learning and progress to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to individuals and teams to reinforce and apply learned soft skills in their daily work.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in soft skill development and training.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a soft skill educator or trainer, with a preference for candidates with 10+ years of experience.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of various soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, design thinking, coaching, leadership, client expectation management, negotiation, time management, prioritization, change management, and finance & budgeting.
• Proven ability to adapt training programs to meet the diverse needs of different audiences, including those at various levels of the organization.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Industry alignment with large corporate or IT companies.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
• Experience working in a global organization.
