- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics industry.
- Foster and develop relationships with new and existing Blue-Chip clients.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote the company's services and capabilities.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that effect target markets
- Prepares necessary sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expansion.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and partners on the company's services and capabilities.
- Act as a liaison between the customers and operations staff.
- Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data in CRM and other programs as needed.
- Some other jobs and duties as assigned by the BD Director of the company

- 02+ years of work experience according to the Job Description (working in Logistics industry is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships.
