-This role is a unique blend of virtual executive assistant, office administrator and customer support, offering you a wide diversity of challenges and learning opportunities:
-Collaborate directly with the founder in teamwork and to reduce his workload
-Learn & apply modern task management- and time management methods
-Support with hiring; posting online, pre-selecting candidates etc.
-Conduct online research and provide information for decision-making
-Collaborate with other team members on a variety of tasks
-Manage and update spreadsheets and other key tools
-Office administration tasks (contracts, government paperwork, etc)
-Follow up on tasks, and ensure staff complete agreed tasks
-Respond to customer emails, booking requests and social media messages
-Support social media activities, including posting in groups
