Job Overview
• FPT Software seeks a Technical Presales with proven high-level expertise in driving SaaS Solutions using ServiceNow.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
• Lead clients to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Listen to client needs and consult/design comprehensive ServiceNow solutions, demonstrating business value and innovation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing subject matter expertise and best practices.
Solution Design and Delivery:
• Envision and design scalable ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or custom applications.
• Develop and maintain project plans, estimates, and timelines for solution implementation.
• Build proofs of concept to demonstrate capabilities and gain client buy-in.
• Lead the development of low-code/no-code applications leveraging ServiceNow’s capabilities, including the Now Platform and App Engine.
Program Leadership:
• Serve as a program liaison, handling escalations, and acting as the delivery lead for a consolidation program includes multiple concurrent projects from multiple vendors.
• Oversee project management, including Agile project management practices, ensuring successful project execution.
• Task development efforts, conduct code reviews, and lead offshore development teams.
Business Development and Strategy:
• Strategize with company leadership to identify growth opportunities and client needs.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and solution envisioning, to drive new business opportunities.
Mentorship and Collaboration:
• Support junior and mid-level team members by sharing resources, mentoring, and providing technical guidance.
• Promote a collaborative team culture to deliver innovative solutions and simplify business processes.
Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and product updates and educate the team on advancements.
• Manage solutions, maintaining clarity for stakeholders and technical teams.
