- Plan recruitment for assigned positions, coordinate with specialized departments to clarify recruitment requirements and propose effective recruitment plans.
- Carry out recruitment steps according to the Company's recruitment process.
- Prepare for the candidate's job acceptance process and guide new employees to prepare for the first day of work.
- Manage, update candidate data and make reports as required by superiors
- Other tasks assigned from HR Director/Office Manager.
