- Receive, process and channel all incoming and onward room reservations.
- Respond to all room reservations by telephone, fax or email immediately, accurately and professionally.
- Input all Reservations received on a daily basis in the computer. Backlog should be kept to a minimum and if possible, at a zero level.
- Knowledgeable of all the promotions and packages offered by the hotel (i.e. products and the rates, amenities and duration period).
- Handle FIT bookings.
- Follow-up all booking orders from travel agencies, letters of authorization from companies and airline vouchers from airlines that have noted irregularities for easy processing of the guest folio and for billing purposes.
- Upsell guestrooms whenever possible.
- Cross-sell other products and services of the hotel.
- Promote various hotel packages and promotions whenever appropriate.
- Project a good image of the hotel at all times.
- Provide an accurate information about Bellerive Hoi An to inquiring guests.
* CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:
- Accountable for customer satisfaction of bookers or guests throughout the reservation process.
- Able to set priorities and be responsive to customer’s request.
- Suggests / recommends measures to improve client satisfaction and encourage repeat business

- Remarkable experience in front office and reservations
* Skills and Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of general hotel practices, billing and credit card procedures
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents and multi-line phone systems
- Ability to maintain reservation system
- Proven ability to communicate verbally and to follow written and verbal instruction
- Ability to be uncomplaining when handling more than one call at a time
- Friendly, enthusiastic and ability to work under pressure
