Based on the company's business plan and the factory's production capacity, prepare, and adjust production plans for the factory. Direct and monitor production progress to ensure compliance with the plan. Specific tasks:
- Production plan: Prepare, implement, and manage production plans, production orders, and allocation of raw materials to the Production department.
- Export planning: Plan, adjust, update, and monitor finished product shipment plans.
- Purchasing raw materials: Manage BOM and NORM of all products. Plan, implement, and manage the purchasing of raw materials.
- Inventory management: Implement and manage warehousing, storage, inventory monitoring, transportation, and inspection of raw materials, finished products, and other consumable goods for production.
- Starting salary: Gross 600-800 USD/month. Can be negotiate
