- Provide marketing and communications assistance to the School Executive, Administrations Lead and Marketing/Sales/Admissions Department on all promotional, marketing and communications needs across the Hoi An International School.
* Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for all marketing project assignments: establishing parameters (including materials, costs, production schedule and the like), developing ideas and design comprehensives, and producing final products consistent with the initial supplied event information;
- Maintain and provide timely updates to web content for social media accounts and the school’s website: photograph and writes text for all engagement strategies highlighting school-life and services;
- Write school newsletter headlines, yearbook articles, and other various writing projects;
- Reviews all published written work for accuracy, spelling, punctuation, grammar, consistency, format, spacing and overall visual appeal;
- Perform other duties as assigned, such as participation in events, committees, staff meetings, and on-campus duties;
- Plan for, participate in, and assist in executing staff meetings with school leads and colleagues to meet optimum marking potential;
- Regularly conduct market research on technology, marketing, communication and brand strategies to stay current on social media trends, technology needs and ensure marketing efforts are meeting industry standards;
- Maintains bulletin boards and ensure that signage is up to date across the campus;
- Facilitate periodic communication with school leads and any parent teacher associations to determine their marketing needs and monitor overall progress;
- Attend and represent the school at tabling and promotional events, on and off campus as needed (this may include weekend events);
- Assist in establishing and maintaining professional relationships with both off-campus vendors and partners;
- Establishing and maintaining a Social Media footprint through appropriate channels;
- Actively engage the school community through social channels, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Weibo, WeChat, KakaoTalk;
- Assists with special campus events and civic engagement programs;
- Assist in the responsibility for the inventory and maintenance of marketing-related equipment and technology;
- Assist with the development and implementation of evaluations such as focus groups, online
surveys, and forum surveys of major school functions and initiatives. Professional expectations:

- Work designated office hours, as approved;

- Always represent the school to the highest professional standard;

- Experience with marketing and business technology, namely GSuite, Microsoft Office, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and design software sites such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Google Drive, Mailchimp and SlimeVN.
* Desirables
- Experience working in an international school environment;
- Fluent in a second language (preferably Korean or Mandarin).
* Mandatory employment requirements:
- As a condition of employment, the successful candidate will be required to provide notarized and authenticated copies of relevant degrees and work experience references up to three (3) years. The successful candidate will also be required to satisfy probity requirements, including the provision of a national police check from their home country and working with children checks (where applicable).
