New Project:
- Follow up the timing of project and reaching established target.( Layout & capacity)
- Setup & Implement Machine ,Tooling, Equipment for project follow layout and concept was defined.
- Design the Tooling when needed
- Involve & Monitor progress of machine/tooling in the supplier side to make sure receive ,installation and validation on time in Premo.
- Follow up: Validation plan and PV order + QTP order.
- Participate with team when make PFMEA ,CP and validation report.
- Train production team member after finished validation.
- Arrange for Trial run and internal audit to achieve target of capacity and quality.
- Ensure Machine and tooling handover to mass production.
- Advice / Feedback about machine/tool concept for process design ENG.
- Make trial run report , Tooling handover & Arrange the meeting for close project.
- Follow up for action after trial run until achieve the target.
- Make report related to process in case customer request ( process presentation, FDPR report , support QA make CCL report)
- Record and update lesson learn for process and product also.
* Support Production / TPM team: Participating in teams for problem solving for root cause identification, and design and implementation of corrective and preventive actions to eliminate root causes.
* Support QA team: Participating in with CFT (Cross function team) to analysis and solving complain from customer.

- Bachelor degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical or equivalent field
- At least 6 months of experience in an industrial manufacturing plant with related job
- Have knowledge about lean manufacturing principles and application tools
- Have skills to understand deeply how machines and processes work.
- Have knowledge in Project and process management
- Priority if able to use Solidworks/PLC, Programing
- English communication
