- Timekeeping management
- Prepare labor contract and C&B related document. Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed contract renewal.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Onboard/offboard process including documentation preparation, communication to related department, exit interview and onboard/offboard checklist.
- Responsible for social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance for DN office.
- Manage employee records, internal data, and generate related reports.
- Establish policies regarding recruitment, timekeeping, leave, termination, KPI and employee discipline.
- Other tasks assigned from Management team/Office Manager.

- University graduated, major in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Expert user of MS Office (Word, Excel).
- 1-3 years’ experience in HR C&B or equivalent.
- Good command written communication skills in English or Mandarin.
- Have a great teamwork spirit.
- Good planning and organization skills, able to analyze and solve problems.
- Well-versed in labor law, social insurance law, and other related regulations.
