- You lead the business. You take the final responsibility that everything is going smoothly.
- In charge of KPIs like customer satisfaction, occupancy and profit
- Oversee daily operations across the coworking, F&B, and accommodation units
- Lead staff & engage "hands-on" across various areas of the business
- Collaborate with the community manager for excellent customer service
- Manage SOPs and processes like membership tracking
- Coordinate marketing initiatives in tandem with freelance professionals.
- Ensure facilities and garden are maintained
- Proactively address and resolve issues or identify opportunities
- Lead a diverse team to promote a vibrant and fun work culture.
- Manage yearly, quarterly, and fortnightly goals.
- Inspire & motivate staff, follow-up and check their progress and workload
- Ideally: drive business automation efforts, working closely with IT experts
- Report directly to the owner
