- Ensure quality execution of orders up to shipment of the respective customers’ products, maintaining on time delivery.
- Review styles and calling out at development stage for improvement. Review pilot/size set, attend PP meeting with all concerned factory teams. Prevent garment defects, analysing, finding root cause, and fixing.
- Manage all aspects of fitting, technical issues, and products evaluations. Monitor all samples evaluation and confirm the requirement before offering to the brand.
- Coordinate with all other sections (Pattern, Accessories, Fabric, Embellishment, Sewing, washing etc.) for technical issues, productivity and make clear information flow among the departments. Visit regularly to laundry, embroidery, fusing area, printing facility and any other subcontract work to cross check the standard maintained. Perform regular crosschecks and report any violations.
- Organize technical training and seminars in the factory for all departments based on brand’s specifications. Monitor regular factory QA/checker evaluations and regular training.
- Invent new methodologies/techniques and establish quality control procedures as customers specify. Work on innovation and ideas to help in improving product quality and efficiency. Be alert and pro-active on the high-performance fabric category / complicated styles & washes.

- Bachelor's Degree in Garment Technology, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of Garment Manufacturing Process, Quality Management System (QMS), Organization Policies and Procedures, Lean and ISO Standards, Buyer Quality Standards.
